Greek translation please!

    Greek or Greeklish? Does anyone know what (yiafto) means?

    There is no single word translation but the closest is 'the reason'. It actually means, 'that is why'. As in, 'he got drunk yiafto (ya-ftoh) he fell down', or, 'she overheard me dissin' her, yiafto she doesn't talk to me anymore. Greek has many lovely words that are concise, short and get to the point. Example: 'Shall we go?'-- Pame? Or, 'Let's go'--Pame (pa-meh).
