Oh no I feel very mentally fucked up if I don't have dreams I can remember. I don't know why but I feel kind of anesthetized.
Ginkgo biloba isn't necessarily going to improve mental function as far as making you smarter or give you great ideas or anything. The increased blood flow to the brain should help decrease short term memory loss, and should help one think more clearly. It can also help decrease the effects of dementia and reduce the effects of things like Alzheimer's Disease. Ginkgo biloba is also a powerful antioxidant and can help with hearing and vision. It's definitely a great supplement to add in as you begin to age a bit. It's a pretty reasonable supplement to get cost-wise as well. I always get my supplements online because I get better deals that way (seacoastvitamins.com).
Here is a site with certain combinations, yours too: http://www.erowid.org/experiences/exp.php?ID=54058
Huperzine A works better for me than Ginko. Actually the only thing that works for me is Choline - that turbo boosts my brain for an hour or two....
yes I used to take Gingko as supplements...it gets quite addictive. I used to fast and drink only Gingko with water diluted and than I would float away not just in my dreams but everytime I closed my eyes. I would float outside the house through the glass into the winter night and float above the passing cars below getting carried away by the wind and flowing deep dark cold blue river far below me.
