<!--intro-->Russia's underfunded military announced today that they would be selling some 250 intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) originally intended for nuclear warhead delivery. Instead the missiles will be sold for use in the commercial launch of satellites. NASA chief Daniel Goldin said that "instead of pointing missiles at each other or competing with each other, we learn from each other."
