A lot of people do. They're beautiful and look nice just scattered around the house. Tarot is so popular that you can find catalogs that offer dozens of themes. My wife has five different decks, and it's a lot of fun to look them over. Yet in my whole life I've only met one person (a friend of my wife) who actually knows how to use them "properly." She would have been happy to give me a reading, and considering her background (25% Native American and boy she lets you know it!), I have no doubt that she really knows the Tarot.
