So how long do the companies on average wait until they release their quarterly results? Or is it all depending on the company, does withholding that info means the company is doing bad? I am focusing on OHGI and by all means have tried to find it's Q4 2014 results, with no luck and no mentioning of when such info will be released. Well if we were talking a listed stock it would be within 90 days of fiscal year end. But the company you refer to isn't listed. It's traded OTC or in the Pinks. It doesn't have to report - ever. So if you are waiting for them to report, you are going to be waiting a very long time. If you want information, you will need to contact the company directly. Why would you want to own this company's stock? It's losing money and burning through cash and they are in a very competitive industry?
