Does a woman need to orgasm in order to conceive a baby? Since the answer to that is (I think) no, I don't think you could class inability for a woman to orgasm as sexual dysfunction.
Well, think about it. What's the actual purpose of a female orgasm? I have heard that during a female orgasm the cervix gets dipped into the pool of semen (ugh) increasing the chances of conception but this is contested and relies on something that would almost never occur in "non-enlightened" i.e caveman sex. If women were meant to orgasm our cocks would be shaped differently. If women can conceive without orgasming then why would the lack of ability to orgasm be sexual dysfunction bearing in mind the function of sex in the first place?
