It would be interesting to compare the single FRB frequency characteristics with those of the repeating FRB. Repeater might be a rotating BH? Single FRBs might be final burst from non-rotating BHs? BTW: Is there any info on the repetition rate of the repeating FRB? . . . might yield info on rotation rate of the 'source'
