LOL! That's your definition of a war crime? By that definition everything ever done in a war is a war crime.

Pearl Harbour was a brilliantly executed assfucking from the Japanese that you never saw coming. Admit it. You have to admire the Japanese for buttshafting your superior navy the way they did. Only pure luck left you with anything to put to sea after that.

Of course, because you're on the losing side in that case, you call it a war crime.

Nanjing, now there's a war crime, the A-bombings, there's another....but Pearl Harbour was not.

Yes....estimate = guess. I wonder what the relatives of those 200,000+ that were nuked would say about that....if you told them that their family members were killed based on a guess.

the military isn't bound by civilian rules of justice.

and yes, i suppose japan would consider the bombs 'unfair' seeing she got her butt kicked in the process.

I didn't provide the definition of "war crime". Based on your reaction to being shown an official definition of "terrorism", I suspect it would be pointless to point you toward an official definition of "war crime".

I merely pointed out the fact that Pearl Harbor was a crime against peace.

In addition to being a crime against peace, it was a war crime for Japan to attack Pearl Harbor before they made sure we had received their declaration of war.

They were killed because they were in the way when we tried to shock the Japanese government with the power of the A-bomb.

It is very unlikely that there were more than 200,000 people killed by the bombs.

I'm sure your definition of "war crime" would be straight from some yank dictionary.

    Yank dictionary:

warcrime: any atrocity not commited by a true freedom-lovin' patriot son of America in a war or whenever.
