Enlightenment

I and a few friends of the ilk 'less sane than most' were sitting around yesterday night in a 'less than sober' state discussing 'things.'

It got around eventually to two things.
'Fight Club.' and
'The Dice Man.'

these two pieces of work revolve around self enlightenment- and we were wondering whether there are truly ANY methods to 'Discover yourself.' After being beaten up by mate, and finding it decidedly 'unenlightening' we went back to the drawing board.... and came up with absolutely nothing.

Any of you got any ideas for reinvention, enlightenment?

I was enlightened once. But it meant no more ogling at bikini girls. Screw that. I traded it for new binoculars.
