English sounds hear by non speaker.

    I once knew a Belgian woman who did not speak English. We conversed using my very bad French.

    She mentioned that the phrase cellar door sounded especially pleasant. She did not know what it meant, but had overheard it & remembered it.

    She also mentioned pickle relish as sounding interesting.

    I would imagine there are hundreds - if not thousands - of foreign phrases that sound interesting to a non-speaker of that language.
