    1.The potential energy is “defined” by the outside world. It is about where the object is (outside world) and what it is doing (movement).

    2. To equal chemical reactions will create the same amount of energy no matter where it is.. An external explosion creates a shock wave the travels away from the event.. Constrict the explosion and we can direct the force where we want.
