These days the world ticks over on the consumer. Consumers spending drives all the major economy's and government policy is geared towards as much consumer spending as it can possibly get. (I was reading an artical the other day about how many of the worlds resources are going to run out (soon), oil is just one of them, there are many others). But it is this consumptions that is killing the earth. Surely, the best environmental policy should be economic with a drive away from the consumer lead economy? But how would you achieve this? I
