Yes it does. Expression of ideas does not inhibit your freedom to express ideas. I believe in religious freedom and freedom of expression, why do you want to be a dictator and inhibit my freedom to express my distain for religion and some aspects of culture?
One must have the freedom to mock, if the subject is suitably mockable. Or possibly even not. Western society permits some level of acceptable mocking. When one imposes limits on mocking, it always pans out that one belief in particular is protected, and the rest not.
