I think I have said it a hundred times that homosexuality and heterosexuality as understood by the west are both unnatural concepts.

And that in my culture the word homosexual has different connotations than in the west --- it is an abusive term for men here.

I havn't really seen proof. I've seen speculation and opinion. You said you have 100 cases? Can you start a thread maybe, and in the first post detail 5 of them?

 

If you have not seem my evidences.....you haven't read my posts. I think you should go and read the posts in the thread 95% of men have a sexual need for other men. We are discussing Bagemihl' evidences there --- and a couple of reports from Afghanistan.

I'm saying male-female sex is natural.......male female relationships are not natural for most men.

 

I see a lot of the 'vested interest group' members --- both heterosexuals and homosexuals who are dead against what I'm saying, polling enthusiastically.

I'd like to give my analsys of the vested interest group and why they're participating in this manner in this poll at a later stage.

Maybe women too are posting --- evenwhen this is supposed to be a man's post! Who will know --- when you want to win by hook or crook!

 

This is actually pretty interesting.

I remember being told about a study of flies who were isolated into a single-sex chamber and then most of them turned homosexual.

Right now, society's norms, which have probably influenced me beyond consciousness in many ways, have favored a strongly heterosexual character on my part. However, I am still willing to see if there are more studies done on sexually isolating humans that may have an impact.

This would account for many people voting here. But not all.

There are ways to find out the basics of human sexuality by studying a lot of different things that we already know for sure --- like history, biology and cultures.

 

The article you posted in that other thread implies that the relationships ARE natural in relation to offspring rearing.

 

Can you please be specific about which article and what part you're referring to so that I can reply? And can you take this discussion to that thread?

So you're saying that the issue is really plainly of social ostracisation, which some people may want to avoid if their names could be seen. Therefore, an anonymous survey would be a perfect way out!

Would you say that when a man (who defines himself as a straight man) is having an exclusive sexual relationship with another man for 6 years, he should be able to acknowledge his sexual attraction with the man he is having sex with --- since what possible fear of social ostracisation could there be with someone who knows you've had sex with him.
