I'm watching Ancient Aliens, stuff about Tesla's Wardenclyffe Tower is on. I'm wondering does anyone here think it could actually have worked? Is there any feasible sense to such an idea. I've heard here it was possible to transmit several miles when it was being built but it never completed a proper test run. Sounds confusing to me because apparently he had wires into the ground about 300 feet and the globe at the top of the tower. Anyways what do real people think familiar with this stuff.
Sure it can work - it just so inefficient that it is ridiculous. Here is a demonstration of how it could work.
