Hello my friends. I may soon either 1. outlive you or 2. die earlier than you; Why you may ask? I've been testing some data out I found online, it claims coffee is good for you and will help you more than hurt you. Refer here http://men.webmd.com/features/coffee-new-health-food So for around 3 months I've been drinking coffee every day, not just 1 cup but multiple cups! I've had probably 3-4 cups a day.... with sugar, cream :}~ anyways it's real neat. The question is this.... am I in better or worse health? I'd say the coffee makes me feel good, but over-all my health hasn't improved either. I still feel somewhat odd and I think I've actually gained weight! Oddly coffee seems to increase my fat, when considering it has caffinee you would expect it to help you loose weight Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! Maybe the cream or sugar ehh? Anyways I was just wanting to say it will make you gain weight so avoid it..... also it doesn't really produce noticable effects, except maybe that I can't live without it now.
