    How do you memorize elements you cant pronounce?

    I would hate to have to do that, but one way to memorize how to spell words is to make up a logical sentence whose words start with the letters, in order, of the word you need to remember. Keep it fit for public consumption in case you have to say it out loud someday, lol.

    Learn to pronounce them.
    If you google the definition it will tell you the pronunciation.
    Most of them are pronounced just as you'd guess.
    eg

    ytterbium [ɪˈtɜːbɪəm]
    yttrium [ˈɪtrɪəm]
    meitnerium [ˈmaɪtnɪərɪəm]

    etc

    Don't bother: just keep a copy of the Periodic Table to hand at all material times.
