Holy ... All except the ones where the individual doesn't know that: 1. A vehicle is, for all intents and purposes, a deadly weapon if not used as intended and in compliance with the law; 2. Drinking alcohol impares one's judgement and motor ability; 3. At least fifty percent of motor vehicle 'accidental deaths' are related to drinking and driving. What would you consider a death that occurs when the individual intentionally drinks and drives if not premeditated? I suggest you be scared ... particularly if you drive a motocycle and the guy, or girl, sharing the road with you has been drinking.
