Anger is OK with me. I detest pre-emtive meanness.

I am not fearful of dying for that is something that is only a natural part of life.

If you want to think that then feel free to do so. I have experienced

    enlightenment though.

I am not sure what enlightenment is. There is no way to gauge it and it varies widely amongst groups. Being enlightened just means too many things, i am sure the crowds at a Nazi rally considered themselve enlightenend. Are we enlightened by what we think (no, it is always what someone else already thought), our actions? Well bad behavior would be antithesis of enlightenment but doing good would be enlightenment but how about dong nothing at all?

I suppose enlightenment would be to lock yourself in a room from birth and deny yourself influences. It's all perception anyway.

Enlightenment comes to us in many ways.

humans can't reach enlightenment because humans can't stop the cycle of rebirth. you can become temporarily enlightened, but later the enlightement goes away again.

I understand what you mean although I don't agree about the rebirth stuff.

To me once you become enlightened you are not able to hold onto it for

long because many other thoughts and things are happening to you to

redirect you thinking into another line of reason.

Isn't loving everyone and every living creature enough to be considered enlightened. BUT look what happens when you do?

Well kinda, but I don´t think that there is something wrong with enlightment, rather than there is something really really wrong about the current society.

In the context of the discussion, yes. To me, yes. We are talking about whether humans can reach enlightenment. (Along the way we are looking at what enlightenment is and isn't) According the definition or the implied definition I quoted going with the flow is a part of this enlightened state. If he wasn't doing this, then perhaps he wasn't enlightened.

That may or many not be logical. The little mind in the head can this this is convincing. But logic is generally only convincing to small potions of us. Many things are natural, including fear for example, and yet we are afraid of many of these natural things, even though we know they are natural.

You avoided saying whether you thought you were enlightened or not.

If I want to think what?
It is very clear that you talked about
what it would be like if one were enlightened. Hypothetically. Now you are talking as if you know.

So the enlightenment still has problems with something. It is out of synch. It is a good internal state, but still has problems with what is outside. How can it be perfect?

No, I just experienced enlightenment states, but I don't like the term enlightenment at all....

Ofcourse I or anyone could easily become fully perfected if they just destroyed all insecurities, it's not really that difficult

I hope so. Otherwise I see no point to existence and am compelled to think that the Universe is evil.
