One Denny's franchisee threatened a 5% surcharge on meals, and suggested that customers could tip less. An Applebee's franchisee threatened to cut worker hours. Papa John's (PZZA +1.11%) founder, John Schnatter, threatened to raise the cost of a pizza by as much as 14 cents and said he would "find tactics to shallow out any Obamacare costs."

So only 14 cents more and he could give everyone full medical coverage. It is an outrage that nusiness owners are crying so much for such a small amount to help give their own employees good heath coverage. What a waste of humanity for these business owners who won't give a little for all those who give allot to help their business grow and prosper. No wonder this country is so messed up when business owners won't give health care to their own employees who make them everything they have. Shame on those businesses who cry "foul" when it is them who reap the rewards on labors backs but refuse to give adequet medical coverage in return.

Aren't you the one that didn't want to encourage laziness through dependency on government programs?

That's not the issue. They want to hurt Obama, and by claiming that their businesses will be damaged/destroyed they can make it seem like Obamacare is hurting business.
