Bug-Looking Robot to Help With Rescue Work and Building Maintenance?

    The thing looks like a claw from one of those arcade machines where you try to grab a prize. It's kind of cool that it can walk on its top and bottom. Pretty nifty.

    Here's a video clip, if anyone is interested-- it's worth watching it in action (definitely cool).

    It will be interesting to see what applications it may fulfill and what other scales it may be built to. I observe that this model is 'tethered' to a controller. It would be more versatile if it can be remote controlled, would be my thoughts.

    I think it looks more like a replicator.
