The recent EmDrive development inspired a fresh look at the ~ 30 year ongoing incredible saga of Brilliant Light Power (formerly Black Light Power). Around 120 million $'s has been sunk into Randall Mills & Co's venture by an assortment of investors, with maybe a pittance of genuine income from the technology to date. Hard to know what to believe, but here is the Executive Summary: https://brilliantlightpower.com/pdf/Executive_Summary.pdf Right at the bottom are links to the theory stuff. I looked at enough to know his Grand Unified Theory doesn't properly respect SR, and of course is flatly at odds with QM. Yet there are apparently multiple peer reviewed studies confirming his hydrinos exist. Or something very like them. So strange. New physics/chemistry of some kind or one of the greatest scams of all time.
