Board of Governors is issuing academia deeds to millions of college graduates in social sciences that are intellectually handicap. If each State Governor were to cut funding social sciences from each State budget our society would be in no worse condition than it is today. Each department of social social sciences has gone to hell in a handbasket. Hurricane Katrina rescue and recovery operation is sufficient writing on the wall to affirm empirical evidence that our Board of Governors is a failure.
