No my dear. I lived in the most isolated villages where NOBODY ever teaches racism, discusses it, etc. Still, 70 y.o. illiterate woman goes to a city and sees a black man there. Her verbal/facial reaction is far less than a politcorrect cheasy stuff. Because racism is natural.
Without "racism" (a made-up term), no race would exist distinct from all others, since humans have been traversing the earth for at least 10,000 years.
