A little off topic here...... Anybody make snow cones? My youngest one got a snow cone machine from someone and I can't find the syrups you are supposed to use. Where the heck can you find that stuff?
Ok, maybe I shouldn't have stated that as if it was a fact. She has some sort autoimmune disease, or at least she says so. But to be honest I doubt if it's true as well.
Oh, you have not been introduced to the raw food diet and its offshoots: http://www.living-foods.com/articles/fruitariandiet.html I did this briefly, the raw food thing. That's when I discovered it's very hard to maintain your weight on this AND that my hips are so wide that even if I'm VERY thin, I can't fit into 00 pants. You can purchase this stuff at most American Wal-Marts/Targets and maybe Canadian ones. If it's not available there, try making a simple syrup and adding flavor oils from a baking supplier.
I've heard of it. And I know they do veggies. I don't know of anyone who could survive on fruit alone cooked or raw. Did you take vitamins?
I did, but you don't absorb them all very well. Protein is a real problem. Raw food isn't a terribly sensible idea. Then again, neither was doing 1000 crunches to look okay in a bikini this weekend. Living proof I don't really learn anything.
People that live on raw food diets are extremely unhealthy. They are often pale, emaciated and weak looking.
