Gustav, I am trying to teach people the beauty of Pakistan and its people. I am not saying Pakistan is better than any other place.

Most people are familiar with scenery from Europe and America, but few people realize just how beautiful are sites from Muslim countries and those in our part of the world.

I realize Western people have a strong hatred for Muslim people, I am trying to show people that the entire Earth is God's creation and all people are brothers and sisters.

    I hope you learned something.

By the way, USSExeter, picture of Svalbard very beautiful. Post more if you can.

While queuing for the chair lifts I met some guy from Manchester, UK (small World huh?). I remember him telling me about his son and how he is a top footballer, can speak English, Punjabi and Urdu. He had a restaurant in Manchester and told me to come up some time when I was back in the UK, took his number down but lost it!

Ghost, my father is in Pakistan now. In Punjab, it is very very hot right now. My father recently came from Islamabad and Muree, he said it was a lot cooler there.

I have been looking, but if you are able, can you lost pictures of village life, especially Punjabi village life. I will post some once I get the chance.

USS Exter, are you Canadian? I visit my cousins in Toronto sometimes.

Canada has some great scenery and natural beauty. When my cousins used to live in the suburbs, we used to eat fresh Maple syrup from the trees. That stuff was so good.

I live about 300km away from the Canadian border, but I am American. I do visit often during the fall season when it is probably most beautiful. I love it there, free healthcare, not too populated, and a lot of wildlife.

Yeah thank god for free Health Care!! It is pretty nice in the fall up north.
Algonquin parks is probably the nicest spot in Ontario. If you are lucky you will see moose and black bears crossing the roads.

Thought about it but it's not really art and it's not really culture. Also thought about About the Members but it's not really about the members. So, Free Thoughts appears to suffice quite nicely.

This isn't the place, but all threads that provide only a link for the opening post are summarily locked.

Picture thread? Looked like some links to youtube to me. I don't know what the youtube vids were as I didn't click on the links. If he had perhaps provided some sort of a description then maybe I would have been enticed into clicking them. As it is, I don't go around clicking random links.

The topic of discussion in this thread is obviously the pictures being posted. Did I lock your thread where you were posting pictures of spiders? No. Why? Because you posted more than just a link. It's simple, really.
