I have reached my millenial post!!! Hoorah for me!!!!! One major milestone down!!!!!

Who do I wanna thank . . . ?

First of all, I wanna thank invert_nexus for inspiring my first post, in the Three-Word Story thread:

Also for being the chronicler of my saga . . . Ya know well my saga, ya post the rest of it.

I wanna thank Walker (who appears to have dissapeared) for starting the thread in which I was destined to post my very first post.

I wanna thank Lev- . . . I mean Logically Unsound for always being logical yet unsound (or is it illogical yet sound?) and for helping me try to close the Three-Word Story thread forever.

I wanna thank Dreamwalker for being German, so that I could talk to him in German, only to have him correct it.

I wanna thank spuriousmonkey for being totally kool, having the life I wish I had, and letting me throw rotten tomatoes at him and his panda-hating . . . personality. Also for nominating me for best poster in the 1st Annual spuriousmonkey SciForum Awards thread.

I wanna thank jadedflower for promising to start a thread in my honor when I hit the 1000-post milestone, and for having that epileptic-seizure-inducing avatar and that panting turtle avatar.

I wanna thank wesmorris for starting WESdom before I became a member, leaving a legacy throughout SciForums by doing it, and making me wish I were part of it all. I soooo wish I were part of WESdom! Also for making that funny audio . . . "Thou musteth wake upeth"! LMAO!

I wanna thank beyondtimeandspace for our having thought-provoking IM conversations . . . Ya rock!

I wanna thank Kunax for reminding me of my Sesame-Street-filled youth.

I wanna thank d235 (no longer a member here) for becoming a kool friend of mine in real life and having an insight on the world and life that far far far surpasses his age.

I wanna thank RosaMagika for being particularly rosy and for starting this totally kool thread.

And finally, I wanna thank everyone for putting up with me and my liberal and radical opinions, and also everyone else that I forgot to thank for one thing or another. I couldn't have gotten here without everyone!

Congrats on having 1000 posts that say almost nothing and mean much less.

What a momentous occasion. I am sure this would look great on your resume. They will file it right behind WCF's in the "Examples of people to NOT hire" folder.

*yawn* I don't know why anyone would be so obsessed with their post count and the post counts of others. Tell me, what does it really mean?

Not to mention that you've only started 33 threads, and that only like 6 of them have been in topics that are relevant to this forums but none of which were well thought out to begin with. Again, Congrats!

 

aah come on can't you take a joke? Few of us get to reach the 1000 mark more then once, consider it a privilege.
