You wouldn't think I'm underweight if you'd see me move furniture and knock nails in like any tough guy, hehe. I look like a dainty little lady, but that's not what I am in any way.

    Fit, Oh yeah!
Get fit by lifting things, you know heavy things like my eyebrows, I do sets, left eyebrow first for ten etc.. and I run, run up tabs at the bar, run the tax gauntlet, run down the shops for a packet of butts, shit like that,
Swimming too, swim through the gormless mass of bovine humanity trying to find some bloody humour.

    Fittest guy around.

I have a question for all the fit people here:

If you could do only ONE exercise, what would it be?

This isnt an idle question...I really want to know.

Stretches, because being more flexible makes you more relaxed, and therefore faster. Then burpees, but it's almost useless to do only one excercise.

It is a stupid question though. Exercises are meant to be done in complex so that the body is proportionally and healthy exercised.

ONE exercise is nevertheless better than NO exercise.

So which ONE would it be?

Swimming for it uses all of your body and gives an good workout for your heart. It doesn't put undo pressure on your joints and you'll never swaet.

The only thing I dont like about my running is the fact that I am flat-footed and I oftenly get shin splits because of it.

thing is with swimming...its always chlorine high water...and it eats away the skin. And I am sorta afraid a bit of swimming in a river

I don't understand your fear of chlorinated water, you drink it everyday because they add it to city water to kill germs and bacteria. Water in pools gets on your skin only, unles you swallow some, and it just rinses off when you shower. There's nothing happening to my skin whenever I swim in a pool but the ocean is better for it has salt in it. I'd rather swim in a pool than a river for there are many things in a river that could infect you. I'm sure that if you swim in a pool nothing will happen at all and if something does then just stop swimming.

Do you drink tap water, if so you're chlorinating your digestive system. Aren't you affraid that your guts will be eaten up by it?

There filters for tap water. If you use those, it's the exact same thing as drinking water out of the bottle.
