Well they did at first and realized it was a mistake. They thought that after some time that Somalians and other muslims would try and integrate into their new society but it wasn't happening for some of them.

Here is an indication of some of the problems:

"Earlier in the year Salam kindergarten went on an outing to the zoo. At the end of the trip they received Santa hats as a gift. When the parents saw their children coming back with the Santa hats on their heads, there was a commotion. The parents, who are among the most religious Muslims in Denmark, saw it as a Christian religious symbol being forced on their kids. Some of the parents demonstratively threw it into the trash, while others cut it up before doing the same."

You would have to read the long article that was first in the Copenhagen Post.

You would be paranoid delusional to claim those cartoons spread hatred.

They do. Its the Danes [and the Dutch] who think children born in the country are "foreigners" who should be "kicked out" due to an ethnocentric history.

Why should the Danes do that? They have no reason to do such a thing just like an Islamic nation would never allow integration into their society. You know that, Sam.

Imagine if it was a Muslim who had distributed hijab for the children.

If they do there is no problem, is there ?

    Oh really ? LOL
No, SAM, that's completely untrue. Sure, there is a minority that thinks that way, but most people do not.

    What is hijab ?
And FYI, a Santa hat is not a Christian symbol.

The Danes had some 400 troops which they have withdrawn a while ago. These immigrants who create problems are second generation and not from Iraq or Afghanistan. If they dislike the way of Danish politics and society then they should stop sponging off the social welfare system and go back to their impoverished nations. If you move to a new nation that has a new culture to become a 'citizen' where their children are to grow up, where they intend to work and send their kids to school, where they want the right to vote and open mosques then they should try and integrate or get out.

The fact that Muslim's rioted over those cartoons had nothing to do with the cartoons themselves and everything to do with Islamic intolerance.

No more than a hijab is a Muslim symbol. How would Danish parents react to hijab being put on their children?

Well they are using this now. In the beginning the Danes were naive enough and liberal enough to try and extend themselves towards the new immigrants by giving them everything they wanted only to be continuously shat on by these people so they changed. There are many immigrants who do integrate and do very well in Danish society, they even have a danish-palestinian female in parliament but there will always be the ones who have no appreciation and want to do nothing but take take take and demand to boot.

You're free to explain the difference between those cartoons and any others depicted in the same vein. The only difference will be YOUR intolerance to them.

Not if you're invading or occupying them, I think. Do Danish soldiers take their children along when they go to Iraq and Afghanistan?

What does Iraq and Afghanistan have to do with immigrants who do not come from Iraq and Afghanistan? Are you saying that the measly number of troops they had there, most of whom were not even fighting justifies the rest of Denmark being shat on by muslims who are basically behaving like assholes and giving the good hard working muslim immigrants a bad name? Does it justify their honor killings? Their death threats to Danish MP's and journalists? Does it justify their hoodlum gangs?
