Anyone have any thoughts on the field of "appropriate technology"... developing things that are environmentally, ethically and socially suited to the people who will be using them?
It already exists today. Look at solar photo voltaic cells, organic gardening, alternative recycled fuels, environmentally friendly products like Cotton, silk and wool, reusable products and many other things that we have developed along the way. But the bad outweighs the good and greed has taken over common sense so we will suffer greatly until a "balance" is somehow restored.
