    I dunno if anyone can answer this to a good degree. So as an aside I'll post and recipe for a smoothie :bugeye:

    Plain Greek yogurt, skim milk, frozen blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and strawberries and some powdered cocoa. Then use blender.

    Massive antioxidant amount, but I am unfamiliar with the medical naughtiness free radicals can have on the body.

    Yes, I'm impatient. I've also have to use Plato's cave allegory to explain the benefit of a newsletter soon.

    A news letter that will invite recipes.

    The problem with antioxidents is that many of them will not reach the places where they are needed in a form that will still work.
