    A man, a plan, a canal. Panama!

(It was more relevant to a previous generation.)

Don't think this is an anagram, but rather a palindrome . . . . . (same to as fro')

Thanks. An anagram makes a different word or phrase using the same letters.
Some anagrams are useful in making palindromes.

A palindrome is a special - and more challenging - type of anagram.

    NO . . . . . not variants of the same (anagram) . . . . different critters!

    Wikipedia:

A palindrome is a word, phrase, number, or other sequence of characters which reads the same backward as forward, such as madam or racecar. Sentence-length palindromes may be written when allowances are made for adjustments to capital letters, punctuation, and word dividers, such as "A man, a plan, a canal, Panama!", "Was it a car or a cat I saw?" or "No 'x' in Nixon".

An anagram is direct word switch or word play, the result of rearranging the letters of a word or phrase to produce a new word or phrase, using all the original letters exactly once; for example, the word anagram can be rearranged into "nag a ram".

I do not know how that happened. I meant to put that in the Riddle thread.
