The two best Force users, the Chosen One and the Grand Master of the Jedi Order, I personally think Anakin Skywalker is alot better then Yoda.

Anakin always had a master, both as a Jedi and as Darth Vadar. Yoda was a master.

I know Anakin is supposed to have a great deal more medicloreans than Yoda, but Yoda is still way stronger in the force. Even in battle duals according to the second movie, Anakin is not very good against Yoda. And he is well-wiser.

 

Plus... Yoda can fight Palpatine, whilst Anakin doesn't even know how to shoot all that thunder shit which Palpatine can do. Palpatine is stronger than Yoda. That shot kinda proves that in the movie. But Yoda is still way wiser than the lot of them

His suit made him less powerful by slowing him down, he lost the ability to use Form IV Ataru ( aerobics fighting ), he lost his manuverbility and he lost his arms.

Without his suit, he can pown Yoda.

Even though yoda is small he kicks ass when he fights.

Yoda was kicking duko's ass until he had to stop to save anikan and obi yet duko beat both of them

Plus obi says that anikan is no where near the swordsmen yoda is

and obi beat anikan yet he couldnt have taken on yoda

 

Anakin is only 19 at the time of Battle of Geonosis, 19 year old that just got attacked by force lighting vs a experienced swordsman, and Yoda is hundreds of years old, so he have more experience, but Skywalker have a higher protensial, midicorians and he is better with the force. Obi-Wan beat Anakin because Anakin is only 21 and is clouded by hatred.

 

Well considering that Yoda is a puppet, I think Anakin would smoke him!
