Darth Vader is stronger, why you ask? Because he is the version of Anikin when the powers are at their peak, Anikin was a mere puppet. Vader even outdid his own son in the battles until he gave up and killed the emperor. Honestly I am confused why Darth Vader didn't kill the emperor to begin with because he was so much stronger, only the lightening bolts hurt Darth otherwise he'd have kicked the emperor's ass.
Vader probably would have felt obligation to Palpitine for revealing and honing said dark side powers. Also, as much as he was manipulated, Anakin is basically a good person with a twisted perspective. Battling Luke was the catalyst that broke down the misconceptions. Vader would lose. vader was in control of himself, while anakin spent 3 films running around like a wildman (in jedi perspective), barely in control of his voice, let alone his force powers.
Allthough the Darkside of the force is Faster and Stronger darth Vader loses. In the return of the Jedi it is not Luke who beats Darth Vader because Luke's just a pussy. But it is in fact Anakin who fights Darth Vader from within. A Dark Lord must obey his master. He even told Luke that's the reason wij Vader must obey Palpatine. So to kill the emperor Vader had to be overtrown bij Anakin. So in fact the person who's burned on endor is Anakin and not Vader I'm sorry butt anakin win's. But Vader is still a Kickass dude. If luke wasn't around to trigger anakin back in action I bet Vader would finally learned how to surpase death and take the force to a whole other level. Damn you luke.:bugeye:
Isn't the dark side of the force supposed to be much stronger? Darth would win. However, the reason the empire loses in the end is the whole moral of the story. "Love" can conquer even the dark side...blah blah blah
Actually the Dark Side is not stronger, just busier. As for the Darth Vader versus Anakin Skywalker I take Vader, different story if it is Darth Vader versus Anakin Solo-Organa that boy learned some bad ass trick from his uncle.
I mean Anakin as in Anakin after he turned to the Dark Side but before he got the suit. I don't have a evil Skywalker Avantar for nothing. He dark powers are good, but his suit sucks. I wish Skywalker killed obi-wan and never got a vader suit. He would of powned Obi-Wan on Death Star and he would of killed Palpatine easy.
