Absolutely, afterall he is a fellow socialist!!!! He could have waited until he personally caused the advanced ice age that comes with global warming and it would have been okay!!!

That is if you truly believe all this global warming bullshit!!!!!!!

We (man) cannot cause global warming anymore than we can cause the earth to rotate in reverse.

No, but we can help it along and have been doing quite well at doing so.

Bells, they can't even get all the information for the projection models to work right, and the only way for them to get repeatability in the models is to remove so much information as to make the make the projection useless, they don't even know the amount of CO2 that the earth turns out itself, or how much man produces, if you read their figures it is all projection/estimates/WAG, as to how much is in the system at all, and if earth is a closed system then isn't the amount of CO2 part of the system, and there for finite? it was the exact same amount that was there when the earth formed, and it is the exact same amount now, and it is part of the ecosystem, natural, part of good old mother earth natural cycles?

Mr. G, can you post the exact site for this, I would like to read the article that this comes from, I have a debate going on and this would be helpful.

That is beautiful Mr. G. Al Gore had about 2,000 graphs in his movie, yet forgot to include this one. LOL.

Mr. G, your graph shows a clear correlation between CO2 and temperature. It also shows some variation due to the sun but the overall trend is up.

Huh? "Clear correlation"????? If it's so fuckin' clear to you, then please explain the major jump in temperature when the CO2 was only rising minimally.

So ...if the price of eggs went up in that same period, you'd say that it was a "clear correlation" between CO2 levels and the price of eggs???

Wow Baron, I wish you'd speak at one of those global warming conferences, that would be way cool.

It's the averages that matter more than temporary variations.

We are going to spend trillions of dollars globally before we even figure the science out. And before we even question whether or not global warming is a good or bad trend overall.

    Silly humans.

Scientists will study climate change regardless.

    Yup.
    That's what a correlation is.

I have nothing against scientific doubt, it is the basis of science, but to use this doubt as justification for continuing unsustainable practices is folly. There are many good reasons to give up burning fossil fuels, not the least of which is health. It is also undeniable that economic interests, i.e., the oil industry have done their best to interfere with sound science.

The graph above regarding sunspot cycle length is evidence that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing. Numerous studies have been done on this issue, and there is very little evidence suggesting that sunspots playing a major role in the climatic change we are observing.

    Mr G:

Your graph shows that temperatures decrease when the sunspot cycle is longer.

    Care to explain?

A summery of the energy bills for the ALGORE estate, In total, Gore paid nearly $30,000 in combined electricity and natural gas bills for his Nashville estate in 2006.
