The war deaths are debatable. Bush being a war criminal is debatable. The Iraq war being "genocide" is not. Whatever has been done in Iraq, it doesn't even vaguely qualify as genocide either by intent or result. Calling it "genocide" muddies the waters and diminishes what genocide truly is and further distracts away from what is happening (good and bad) because people inherently smell the desperation in the label, become number to it, and begin to ignore it. One million people being killed and fake insurgents being used as a shield is genocide, its no different from a dictator creating fake enemies to kill people. Absolutely.
