the correct name should be racialy orientated 3rd party proxy projected guilt into social relationships.
Do those people effected by racism wish to have non racist people living around them and interacting with them while feeling guilty all the time ?
(i should imagine it to be quite a dysfunctionally tilted negatively loaded life of reactivism[for a want])

    no different to survivors guilt.
does survivors guilt solve problems ? thats an interesting philisophical debate given some might attempt to claim darwinian resolve to "naturalness"(dare i throw kindling on a fire)

    Excuse me?

Im addressing racism against asians because they are people and you are just saying its not important. Though your view on the subject is not unusual.

    What accusations?

Let me explain what your type of dismissal forces or engenders. Either asians just take it quietly as is expected or it forces competitive racism so essentially it is considered okay.

Therefore i can make as many accusations as well as shit on other races just as others do.

After all, even if they call out racism, we can all use the excuse that there are racists everywhere and within every race, right?

So who the fuk do you think you are asking me to prove anything to you, if someones response is basically thats just the way it is?

Get over yourself if you dont like what i say about any ethnicity including whites just as asians should just get over it.

So, I'm racist by default because I'm white.

    FUCK YOU!.

    Remember. Get over it.

Remember, you are not the only one to experience discrimination. Thats the logic, right?

Per the op article, people like jay park also should just get over it according to this logic.

So apply that to yourself then when you feel bruised or maligned or just stereotyped.

Get over the fact that you despise me for being born?

    :EDIT:

This doesn't have any coincedince that you yourself regret having been born?

No. Apply the logic to yourself.

Well, that was the point of the op. The same people who are racist towards others would cry foul when its directed at them. Isnt that obvious?

So in order to be able to get away with this, there must be some ruse to marginalize a group as being an outsider to where it is considered socially acceptable.

So, you hate being born or having nothing better to do than to bitch about it?

why don't you leave this thread before i delineate a stereotype that you are displaying since you consider issues of racism against asians just 'bitching'?

in other words, you wouldn't make the same statement in a thread regarding racism against blacks, for instance.

and that type of attitude just feeds into those who buy into the idea that there are those who are more important when it comes to issues of racism and therefore racism against certain minorities are considered fair game or unimportant.

you are the one making an example of yourself on this thread, while some others were just tippy-toeing the same attitude.

besides, this pretense of being insulted by this thread is annoying. first, sweetpea takes a statement out of context and then exaggerates knowingly that it was a general statement. and even if it wasn't, it doesn't change the reality of the truth of the op. as if i need all white people to not be racist before i address the real issue of racism or acknowledge it or vice-versa. what does that imply? even if i am personally perceived as racist by some, does that stop others from acknowledging the issue of racism against asians? do they not know that there are asians that are also not racist? what difference does it make?

i pretty much broke that down very clearly and unbiased earlier regarding racism as a whole issue and how it works/plays out and that it's not just whites who are racist. there is a difference in types of racism and how different cultures express it. for example, even a black woman in korea admitted that though there is a form of racism, it's not the kind of aggressive and cruel racism in america. she observed that, not just me!! so get that straight.

honestly, wtf is there to be offended by?

and that observation stands because it was true. just as i observed and it's pretty obvious that generally koreans and/or asians from the previous generations are more patriarchal, sexist, racist, conventional/conservative, close-minded, insensitive/cruel, or even abusive/barbaric etc than those of the younger generation who are more liberal and civilized.

is that some shocking news? so if i observed that about american culture which has that similar trend but are majority whites, then i am being racist?? but it was obvious that it was, so how is that racist?

but i can admit that about asians or koreans because i don't consider that racist to make a damn true observation and make a general statement about the general state of affairs!!!

this is a common sentiment against asians. they probably mistook her for northeast asian maybe because she is a bit taller. usually americans like to target northeast asians, hence the go back to china bit.

not the physical altercation but the attitude of knowing it's culturally acceptable in the mainstream sense of racism against asians.

but it's true that generally hispanics, blacks and whites are usually more aggressive in expression.

in america (i can't speak for other countries though there may be similar reasons) the dynamic is because whites are the ones with majority power and asians are viewed as most successful minorities so that does not warm them to other minorities so asians are just seen as competitors to americans. so whites banding with other minorities against asians is a good tactic to encourage the idea that asians are not 'as' american. it's subtle but the message is understood.

but this has it's positives as it encourages asians to not get too comfortable and perpetually striving as well as keep stronger tabs on their mother culture/country or continental/citizen of the world type of mentality while other minorities can get more comfortable and get rooted/entitled.

this is the mentality calling her ugly based on racism. it's very direct toward asians when it comes to stereotypes or denigration based on physical features.

what is surreal is the pov's of differing races. he assumes he is more attractive because he is not asian but he is ugly in my book and wouldn't fuk him if he were the last person on earth. his face is also fukin ugly. it sure ain't special! that's the blindspots of people with an entitled mentality is the assumption they are better.

the most amazing pervasive blindspot i've noticed about mainstream society is that they have no idea how ugly most of them are even physically because they have been brainwashed to believe they are not simply due to their racial features. it's completely insane. for instance, i wouldn't trade my looks for anyone else since then i wouldn't be me.

what if they are ugly? lol. that's the point. they don't get that. they don't realize they can also be tore up from the floor up including their face with the round eyes, western noses and with no flat face but still be ugly as sin or just average or plain.

i've had this type of attitude flung at me, not exactly this way but it was clear that there was an assumption that because the other was caucasian/hispanic/black, they were just better than me or assumed i would be interested when that is not how it works at all. not everyone is attractive just because of their race but racists assume by default that they are all more attractive than someone of another race for racial features alone which is fuking crazy. It needs to be stressed again: absolutely insane.

it's so infuriating and disgusting that you aren't sure who to feel more embarassed for yourself or the other idiot because they have no idea they would not be flattered if they could read your mind since the situation is completely misread with lots of assumptions and projections.

he is just messing with her using trump as an excuse to feel empowered.

johannsen for ghost in the shell. of course, because culturally america is not on the level of a futuristic blade runner or as sophisticated/worldly as they like to believe. they are still provincial in mindset like most and they know that it would appeal to majority of americans with a stock celebrity and represented with a familiar face.

still, i think sometimes think they are short-sighted or just take the easy route. they could have held auditions in asia (not necessarily stock celebrities) and even stateside and found the right fit that was also of asian descent, if they really had wanted to. but not just any asian actor/celebrity/flavor of the month variety. good casting is also dependent on how good the judgement is of the producers. there are tons of films with poor or mediocre casting that have nothing to do with race.

This guy found something better to do than have racism dictate his life.

Around 3:00 : The black community cannot afford the luxury, of someone with your intellect, to spend it on that subject.

    :EDIT:

Oh and, if you reply it could be an invitation for me to speculate on why you are such a discontented loser.

Probably that same regard you hold "white nationalists" to be.

you are an idiot with a short attention span. i've already admitted i'm a loser (and your feigned chastisement to shut another up about this subject changes does nothing) and have spilled my life story in bursts here and there on this forum.

are you a secret white nationalist and that's why you are upset? i don't denigrate them anymore than anyone else. i just describe them as they are as well as what their values are. why are you feigning that i'm the only one who "regards" white nationalists in a particular way? they choose to regard themselves that way.

you, like most people, are stupid enough to believe that it's just white nationalists or supremacists that are racist and that is usually the mantra of most minorities. i was shedding more real light on the subject which is not the case at all.

the better question is why you are more upset about this thread whenever i post issues related to racism directed at asians. it has nothing to do with you either or whites in particular.

why are you so concerned with racism dictating my life? it's definitely not about me that you give a shit about so why are you threatened by this subject matter?

it's not as if white people are being specifically targeted.

if you don't think racism or marginalization against asians is a worthy subject, then don't stick your nose in the thread.

I'm not the one showing discontentment in every thread/post I make.

Did you ever stop to think about that?

why are you upset with this thread? you aren't about other ones.

this isn't even about me but about asians in general.

stop pretending its just about me and answer the fuking question. what is your personal problem with this thread?

if you are trying to shut it down, then i can accuse you of racism or bigotry. just because you want to paint it as personal discontent or my personal life issues does not whitewash or discredit the subject of the op which is racism and marginalization due to foreigner stigma engendered culturally and reinforced by continuing racism that is brushed under the rug.

if you keep trolling this thread and making it about me because you don't take this subject seriously or don't know enough about it to contribute, i will report you. how about that?

let's see. the op links an article with jay park who just recently signed with roc nation as the first asian-american. bts is the first asian-american group to win an award as well as appear at the billboard awards. there was again, the ubiquitous 'foreigner' or outsider stereotypes/backlash. other articles linked indicate this pattern of being marginalized from media which the root of that is foreigner status and stigmatized as less american.

and it's all about me? those who wrote the article, also, right? so it's masturbation when asians bring up racism but it's legitimate if whites, blacks, hispanics etc do so, right?

bitch, you are just playing into the mainstream stereotype. gtfo.

Oh, OP in this thread, what about all your other threads?

    :EDIT:

Well yeah, a notorious liar forgets where the put their lies, but if you like to masturbate to your own threads is it still a lie, or do you care?
