“Operation Popeye (Operation Intermediary / Operation Compatriot) was a US military cloud seeding project (running from March 20, 1967 until July 5, 1972) during the Vietnam war to extend the monsoon season over North Vietnam, specifically the Ho Chi Minh Trail. The operation seeded Vietnamese clouds with silver iodide, resulting in the targeted areas seeing an extension of the monsoon period an average of 30 to 45 days. As the continuous rainfall slowed down the truck traffic, it was considered relatively successful.[1] The 54th Weather Reconnaissance Squadron carried out the operation to "make mud, not war.””- Wikipedea There is talk that the US Government as well as partnering governments, have continued with the manipulation of normal weather and autmospheric conditions. Some believe this to be an attempt to alter Global Warming, redirect or weaken storms. Others believe it to be the cause of Global Warming and or many other problems. Conspiracy Theorist have many ideas and suggestions as to how they are injecting chemicals into our atmosphere; through specific airliners, through military aircraft, and many more, all specially design to do so … It is evident that the manipulation of the weather is possible and that the use of silver iodide to make rain more abundant for crops is practiced. Is it right to do so and why? Are they even continuing in this field of research past the supplying of rain for crops?
They make it look good but in reality it probably causes cancerous growths through out our bodies as it reacts with the chlorinated water we drink.
I agree that we should alter to our needs for survival, but if the alterations we cause are harmful to our lives, even if only in the long run, we should look for another way. Adding such chemicals to the process of our food growth or the collection of water can not be good for us. It’s kind of like adding chlorine to our water supply; chlorine is not good for you and it is the easy way out.

It's even more alarming to know that those harmful by-products, which are emitted into the ozone...obviously, are potentially mixing with the chemicals released in the sky. That may be what you were pointing out.
