What if someone named Alexa is in the same room as a voice activated Alexa?

They both answer, but only one can open the door remotely and only the other can put out the cat.
My Alexa sometimes responds to our television. She has been out of action since someone took her USB cable.

Alexa: "Trying new Pepsi-flavoured Coke."
Did anyone see a news report about six-months ago. Apparently Alexa's had started laughing inanely in the night. Spooky!
That's why you have to say "Hey Cortana" in Windows 10. It's also why "she" is called "Cortana" rather than a more common name.
...What if you're listening to a radio station through Alexa, and the d.j. Says, "play [other radio station]"?
Does that happen a lot? Not great for DJ's job security.
I imagine it's a rarity.
