What STD's is it possible to get from oral sex IF:

    A. it is the female performing the act
    B. there is no ejaculation from the male

I know that an exchange of fluids can transmit HIV, but if there is no ejaculation, is there really an exchange of fuids?

So, would the male be safe from STD's if the conditions A and B existed?

Oh yeah and what about when the male is performing the act on a female, are there different risks?

There is usually an exchange of fluids even before ejaculation!

What do you mean an exchange of fluids before ejaculation? The only exchange of fluids I can think of is saliva from kissing, granted there are no open cuts on either person.

SargentLard, Isn't Herpes a sore on the body, mainly the lip or pubic area? That is definitaly something that can be transmitted through simple touching.......

Most STD's can be transmitted orally. The mouth, gums, throat, gullett and stomach are all prone to bleeding, even if the person is unaware of it, which means that a disease can have direct accesss to the person's bloodstream.

Diseases can be harboured in the mouth, or transmitted by mouth, so, if the penis is scratched, a man could catch it merely by being blown, probably even by deep kissing, if he happens to have a cut in his mouth, throat etc..

Men 'leak' pre-come throughout a sex session and this can contain sperm, even if the man doesn't ejaculate.

What I find laughably frustrating, is where in some porno vids, the guys wear condoms (in an attempt by the porno producers to promote 'safe' sex) during the fuck scenes, but then remove them to come in the womans mouth!

Ok, so basically what you're saying is that many STDs will be transmitted only if there exists an open cut somewhere on either party participating in the oral sex AND this open cut comes into contact with ANY bodily fluid(semen, blood, sweat)?

Most don't realize but even before ejaculation the penis is coated with some semen in which sperm is present....leading some to be surprised when the woman gets knocked up....before ejaculation the penis gets lubricated.

    "But baby...I pulled out before"

I guess you get it on the mouth after giving oral sex. I don't know if you can solely through kissing.

Actually, oral herpes is a cold sore that breaks out on the lip about every 3 months, and a huge percentage of Americans have it, something like 70 percent. When the sore is present, it is very contageous, hence the reason so much of the population is infected.

Ever get a cold sore? Then you have oral herpes my friend.

I think that sweat can harbor STDS.

There are other fluids arising from the penis before ejaculation. If u are having unprotected sex using the withdrawal method, this is what u must be careful of

Obviously I don't have too much sex? What a jerk-off uncalled-for untrue thing to say.

Oh yeah, and, we've already talked about the other fluids rising from the penis, obviously your more into taking little snippits out of posts and ignoring the rest of the context.

And don't use those little yellow smilies please, they're really lame, thanks.

I don't care. I think it is important for u to hear it again. I can't believe there are people who still believe only when the guy ejaculates or has a wound on his penis, that there could be a problem.

I never said I believed that, that is why I asked "WHAT std's is it possible to get from oral sex if blah blah blah"

The WHAT implies that STDs exist that can be transmitted. I suggest you invest in a pair of reading glasses pal.

This is the worst thread ever. Nobody has answered my question 100 percent. If I get some sort of wierd STD now, it is going to be everybody who came here and read this and did not do the research that I was too lazy to do's fault.

I usually read things pretty carefully thenk u very much! This is what u said above and what I was talking about. If thats all u can think of then u better do a good deal more fuking thinking before u have sex again.

Ejaculate- To eject or discharge , especially to discharge (semen)

That is the definition of ejaculate. Therefore, this "leak of semen before the big blow" would be considered ejaculation. So, BESIDES the semen, considering there are no open bleeding cuts, there wouldn't be any exchange of fluids besides saliva would there? (Unless your R. Kelly that is)

By the way, thanks for nothing John Connellan, the only thing that you've accomplished in this post is totally discouraged me to ever post another question on SciForums again.
