The hole in the layer of ozone around the Antarctic - as is clearly shown on the map - clearly and succulently shows and explains why there has been such a dramatic increase in skin cancer in Argentina and Chile. And we, in the scientific community, have known this for the last decade. I suppose Edufer also believes that Global Warming is a "hoax"?
