What you're failing to understand is that I do see.
    The "forest" is unmitigated shit.
You don't have the first clue about science and you don't have the first clue as to the reality of what you're talking about.
Made up crap is NOT science, nor is it of any value whatsoever.
(Oh, and your command of English is almost as bad. I don't know what you meant [1] but "prevail" certainly isn't the right word in that context).

1 Possibly "avail", but in which case "too much" isn't correct.

Put it one way , if the tyres did not have a transfer rate of flow they would not last very long until they spontaneous combusted. What you see in the google provided pics, is when the tyres have surpassed the exchange rate then building up heat causing molecular expansion.

P.s you could use the temperature of tyres over velocities and distance to calculate the exchange rate, but allowing for air elements to a degree.

    ... what?

    No... just no...

This thread is going in circles (or, perhaps, in slightly off center ellipsoids... I'm not sure)

none the less, nothing is getting accomplished here except tempers flaring. To save everyone involved from themselves, I'm shutting this down before people say/do things they might regret.
