    Just a quick note for the members: Yes, we see it. Yes, we're on it. No, we are not calculating a covert operation to locate and liquidate this wretched excuse for humanity.

    Thank you for your patience; we'll have this atrocious mess cleaned up as soon as we can.

    (Correction: A prior version of this note wrongly attributed a complaint report, resulting in sarcastic but misplaced suggestions of mental illness.)
