A Little Help?

Ok I'm still relatively new at this forum thing, but I don't think I've done anything wrong just yet. But I'm having trouble changing my user options. It'll let me go through and select my specific options, ie turning messaging on and changing the colors. But when I click update it just takes me to a blank screen. I've waited and it doesn't auto redirect me, and if I go back the options are still set the same.
Any Suggestions?
