Poor poor Draqon. :bawl: He tries hard to prop up the standing of his motherland, and you appear to be using sarcasm to poke fun at him! You're not doing anything to help him get... :shake:

Ooh, is that ZU-23 mounted on a BTR-70/80/90 in the photo?
    That is unusual.

What's up with those uniforms ?

They look like some kind of funky pajamas.

    Miss the point?
He paid to get the diagnosis.
    Traitor?
Along with all the other draft dodgers and deserters.
Oh wait: he should have joined Spetsnaz, and then he could have earned good money "moonlighting" for organised crime.

Spetsnaz is a destinguished SWAT-like organization, government law abiding.

draft dodgers and deserters are traitors to the nation

No, Spetsnaz is nothing like SWAT, it's MILITARY special forces.
And there are LARGE numbers of ex (and current) Spetsnaz troops moonlighting as "enforcers" for organised crime in Russia at the moment.

    Yeah.
    Twin barrelled 23 cannon.
I've seen ground mounts and mounts on MT-LB tracked vehicles, but that particular vehicle they're sat on looks more BTR (8 wheeled) type from what little I can see of it.
    And that's quite unusual.

So is this why you have come to America, to get help with whatever "disorder" you might be afflicted with?

I think it is a good sign. Russia has no need to be spending such hugh sums on the military. It is what caused the Soviet Union to fall. The money could be better spent in economic development.

Additionally a conscript army is nothing to be proud of either. You have the additional problem of corruption when such low wages are paid...wittness Iraq's Army had how fast they fell when confronted with American military power (all volunteer). The Iraq Army could not surrender fast enough.

The conscription process does not server Russia militarily or economically.

A plane leaves every day to Russia, why can't you just on board? What prevents you from leaving?
