I happened across this video that strikes me as somewhat more reasonable than the usual UFO hysteria. It still smacks of the 'you can't prove that they're not' School of Ufology while at the same time dismissing much of the usual woo. Significantly, the narrator says what all reasonable respondents to UFO OPs always try to explain,'just because something is unidentified does not mean that it is otherworldly, and if it is patently otherworldly, why then, it's no longer unidentified'. You can click on the picture to get the video. It's just some fiction about a rumored black project that is popular in sci fi media. There is no evidence of its existence. Also, I'm not seeing what the picture has to do with the video. The [fictional] TR-3 is triangular, not round.
