Would you like to make your own cruise missile?
What a strange thing! Nobody tried to do it before...
If it's possible, then it will be really interesting for terrorists (whatever Bruce Simpson could say...).

Still it would be a lot of work to get it off the ground. Renting a Uhaul and filling it with explosives is sooooo much easier.

Yes but you would not have the satisfaction of your own "hand made" work...

Sounds like a V1 rocket (WW2 German buzz bomb) with a GPS..

I do wonder how this $5000 dollar missile would be launched. It would require significant wind speed for the pulse jet to work.

I've been following this guy's site for a while. I think more people should encourage him to GPL the X-Jet project.

That's a very good point. The V1s had a long, angled track that a RATO bottle propelled them off of. A pulse jet needs a good deal of incoming airflow to aspirate properly - usually on the order of 90mph or more, although much slower than the more efficient ramjets. His missile can't use a turbine. The cheapest turbojet/fan would put his missile far from $5,000 and closer to $50,000.
