Yes in this way, l wanted to learn ideas of people regarding space travels. As you know, a short time ago, one of space cargo vehicle created by SpaceX got an accident and exploded. That brought a question to our mind, do we still have some problems regarding space vehicles in 2015? So we can not go to other planets like Mars without making these problems disappeared completely.

Space travel is inherently dangerous, that does not mean we will not go to Mars and even further afield.
In time the problems that are inherent to space travel will be solved and/or controlled to reasonable levels of safety.
There will probably be further accidents though...Afterall what endeavour by mankind has no risk involved?

Airliners still crash. Yet we still fly.

Ever read The Right Stuff? If there's a problem, "natural" pilots will keep trying to fix it until the moment they go splat. Accidents are something that happen to the other guy - and there's an implication that it was because he did something wrong. The worst consequence is not dying; it's screwing up.

There doesn't appear to be any shortage of volunteers with the right stuff.

in all aspects, is this not simply humans not doing there job correctly.
you know, lazie-ness and no will.

on the level i'm on, the human is the problem, it's referred to as the human element.
