Just a couple of brief notes:

(1) If you've been here for four years and managed to survive this long without having a clue about our rules, then making the point and explaining myself to you yet again won't have any real effect.

(2) Really, how stupid do people want to be?​

Okay, look: You don't like something I do, there's a process by which you can appeal. Nobody needs to tell me they didn't know, though, because even after being told, it didn't really change anything, did it? No, the idiotic in-thread whining just had to continue, didn't it?

Is it that people really are unable to figure it out? Or are they smart enough, but just too admirably and virtuously independent to be bothered with such simple details?

Either way, the outcome is the same.
