    again, to that 0K matter

    What about this
    The probability of the existence of 0K lies between two 'values':
    1) Impossible to reach
    this is the most common thing: No mater can grow as cold as 0K, otherwise that mater will collapse into bunch of neutrons
    2) Impossible to hold
    now this is (/must be) argueable: If at 0K there were no motion, electron would combine with proton, causing an energy change.
